I noticed your sprites were compressed and had white borders around them. If you need help on how to rip sprites, in good quality, just email me. Im not sure if you used motion tweens or not but, if you didn't you should because it makes it alot smoother and eiser. Other than that it was pretty good.

Thanks for the advice i might take you up on that :P! I dont have that great techniques of Flash thats why i use sprites :D. but i dont use them very well as you pointed out :P
